At The MANY's April 28, 2019 event, Bronx Middle School Principal, Jamaal Bowman made his first public announcement that he would run for United States Congress, unseating 15-term incumbent Elliot Engel.
We are thrilled that Jamaal surprised us by choosing our special Meet-n-Greet to announce his candidacy. And most importantly... he WON by a lot!
CONGRATULATIONS U.S. Congressman Bowman!
